THE COMPANY

 

 

 

 The company was founded in 1983 by Andreas Magklaras. The main purpose of the company has since been the design, supervision and construction of luxurious apartments and residencies. The company was established in Lamia where it undertook its first projects. Then in 1991 it  was transferred to new modern facilities in Athens and continued with numerous projects mainly in the southern suburbs of Athens and in the historic center. The company is now run by the new generation of the family, consisting of Themistoklis Magklaras and Eleni Magklara who continue the legacy of their father but also extend it to acquisition of land for constructing residential and commercial buildings as well as interior design services. The main focus of the company is to offer its customers design, functionality and quality matched with the minimum environmental impact, by combining new sources of energy and materials compatible with ecology. The result is always optimal living or working spaces in complete and total harmony with the environment. The functional design of the space, the thoughtful use of light and the respect to the needs of the customer, combined with the continuous supervision of the projects, make the perfect home.
